Browning Couthouse, circa 1860, is located on the front lawn of the Tucker Recreation Center. Browning Courthouse was built in the late 1860's to bring law and order to citizens of Browning Community, now known as Tucker. The courthouse ceased operation on January 1, 1977 when the office of Justice of the Peace moved to the Cofer Building.
